The Company has been notified by the Joint Provisional Liquidators (“JPLs”) that the second JPLs’ report to the grand court of Cayman Islands will be circulated on January 29, 2021 instead of an earlier announced date of January 15, 2021.

Additionally, the JPLs have established a website for the purposes of publishing all notices, documents and report in respect of the ongoing provisional liquidation.
