Today, Luckin Coffee’s Joint Provisional Liquidators (“JPLs”), Alexander Lawson of Alvarez & Marsal Cayman Islands Limited and Wing Sze Tiffany Wong of Alvarez & Marsal Asia Limited, filed their Second Report with the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands.

The JPLs have established a website for the purposes of publishing all notices, documents and reports in respect of the ongoing provisional liquidation.
